UNIVERSAL DRILLING MACHINE
VSU 1E

VSU 1E machine serves for mechanized boring of drill wells in the length up to 2.7 m and in diameter up to 45 mm (exceptionally up to 60 mm). Because of the VSU 1E machine sizes, long mine working can be driven in profiles 00-0-10 up to 00-0-22 (25.0 m2) from one machine stand. The boring unit enables also boring of specific drill wells (of possible reserves or similar) and roof bolting while using suitable tools. The boring machine VSU 1E might drill either by rotary or rotary percussive way of drilling.

The boring machine might be used in environments with danger of methane explosion danger up to level IM2 according to EN 1127-2: +A1: 2008 in sense of ATEX-Directive 94/9/EC of the European Parliament and Council of 23th March, 1999. This machine is certificated according to the European harmonized standards series EN 60079 (electrical equipment and apparatus) and EN 13463 (non electrical equipment) and related EU harmonized standards.

UNIVERSAL MULTIFUNCTION MACHINE

NSU 1E

This machine with electro-hydraulic drive NSU 1E may be used as a drilling machine, a side loader, a ripping machine, for a rock breaking of floor and a mining cross section cleaning in mining environment with methane explosion danger up to the level IM2 according to EN 1127-2 : 2002 + A1 : 2008 in sense of ATEX-Directive 94/9/EC of the European Parlaiment and Council of 23th March, 1999. This machine is certificated according to the European harmonized standards series EN 60079 (electrical equipment and apparatus) and EN 13463 (non electrical equipment) and related EU harmonized standards.

Usage of a caterpillar belt undercarriage ensures long durability also in working environment with high level of abrasion resistance.

The machine NSU 1E is manufactured and supplied in two types: P1 and P3.

Type P1 – universal machine is used for the boreholes drilling that are destined for firing, anchorage and also prognosis boreholes, for mechanization the tunnel floor, that means using the machine for the purpose to disintegrate the rock, scrape and pick up rock from the tunnel floor and offloading it onto conveying machinery. Breaking the rock to pieces is made by the force of the power-full breaking hammer. The loading is realized by the rotating ripping shovel 0,35 m3 or solid side discharge shovel with the capacity 0,6 m3 or 0,8 m3. These operations are made easier by drawing movement of the shovel. Unloading the shovel is realized through dislodging the rock by the shifting plate. The quick-coupling equipment on the boom allows very easy exchange of single accessories.

The optional accessories of the universal machine are – the drilling unit, the side discharge shovel, the ripping shovel, the breaking hammer, the rotating cutter and the working platform.

Type P3 – the machine is used as a mining shovel-type side loader to drawing the disintegrated lump rock when drifting mine workings. Then is the disintegrated lump rock transported to the emptying place and unloaded onto the outgoing conveyor (e.g. scraping conveyor). Loading the disintegrated lump rock is done by using machine travel and drawing movement of the shovel. The shovel unloading is performed by the side tilt.

TECHNOLOGICAL MINING PLATFORM

The technological mining platform is designed for equipping corridors in mines. It is a portable floor suspended on two grooves, vertically adjustable. Various work can be carried out at the necessary height using the platform as well as transporting tools and material and constructing arcs for mine reinforcement.      

It is available in two versions: The P1 version has a width of 4735 and is designed up to the profile 30m². The P2 version has a width of 3735 and is designed up to the profile 20m².

The platform drive is mechanical. The travel on the groove is ensured by two pneumatic MK10 crabs; the lifting of the working platform is ensured by four pneumatic portable blocks and pulleys. The pneumatic control system enables fluent regulation of all the equipment functions.

The maximum slope of the mining work is performed within the range ±12º; the maximum permitted gross declination of the mining work is ± 5°. The platform is protected against self-motion by braking trucks. The working longitudinal declination of the platform is permitted within the range ± 4º, the maximum permitted gross declination

of the equipment is ± 3°. The platform can be secured against movement in the working position both horizontally and vertically.

The arc of the mining reinforcement can be lifted on the lifting stool adapted to the stated type of reinforcement. The lifting stool is available in two versions. The stool with the pneumatic cylinder is designed for 3 reinforcements; the upper part of the stool is tilting. The stool with the pneumatic cylinder is designed for 1 reinforcement; the upper part of the stool is sliding. If using a hydraulic cylinder, the platform is equipped with hydraulic aggregate.

DRILLING CARRIAGE
VVH – 1U

Drilling carriage VVH – 1U drills holes and boreholes within the range of 38 to 60 mm in diameter. Holes and boreholes are max. 2,5 m long/in depth. The machine is designed to be accommodated in mining work profiles within the range of 00-0-10 to 00-0-19 (20,0 m2) from one position. It is also able to drill exploratory boreholes (testing etc.) with appropriate equipment. Drilling carriage maybe used in mining environment with methane explosion danger up to the level IM2 as per the ČSN EN 13463-1, including mines with the danger of rock and gas outburst and tremors. The drilling machine VVH-1U drills in a rotation or rotation-impact way.

SCRAPER WITH ELECTRO-HYDRAULIC DRIVE
SPH – 1D

This machine with electro-hydraulic drive SPH-1D maybe used as a side tipping loader or as a ripping machine in mining environment with methane explosion danger up to the level IM2 as per the ČSN EN 13463-1, including mines with the danger of rock and gas outburst and tremors.

Usage of a caterpillar belt undercarriage ensures long durability also in working environment with high level of abrasion resistance.

The longitudinal dip is guaranteed up to ±18° while handling load and up to ±22° while traveling with empty power shovel.

The SPH-1D machine is mobile machine on caterpillar undercarriage and is equipped with an electric and hydraulic drive. Except the drive of main electric motor, lighting and control elements all the technological functions, including travel, are performed by means of hydraulics (is used economically efficient LSS – LOAD SENSING SYSTEM) and machine control is done by pedal and manual hydraulic remote controls.

The rear part of the machine on which the electro – hydraulic drive elements are placed is shielded by covers with removable cover sheets.

The machine design conforms to all the safety and ergonomic requirements.

The machine SPH-1D is manufactured and supplied in two types: P1 and P3.

Type P1 – ripping machine is used for mechanization the tunnel floor, that means using the machine for the purpose to disintegrate the rock, scrape and pick up rock from the tunnel floor and offloading it onto conveying machinery. Breaking the rock to pieces and the loading is realized by the machine travel or by run-out telescopic arm. These operations are made easier by drawing movement of the shovel. Unloading the shovel is realized through dislodging the rock by the shifting plate. Positioning the shovel into the emptying place is made easier by the side movement of the machine arm.

Type P3 – the machine is used as a mining shovel-type side loader to drawing the disintegrated lump rock when drifting mine workings. Then is the disintegrated lump rock transported to the emptying place and unloaded onto the outgoing conveyor (e.g. scraping conveyor). Loading the disintegrated lump rock is done by using machine travel and drawing movement of the shovel. The shovel unloading is performed by the side tilt.

NLH 703 – E3 LOADER

The NLH 703 – E3 mining shovel-type side loader is designed to usage in mining environment with methane explosion danger up to the level IM2 as per the ČSN EN 13463-1 including mines with the danger of rock and gas outburst and tremors.

Usage of caterpillar belt undercarriage ensures long durability also in workplace with high level of abrasion resistance.

The longitudinal dip is up to ±15° while handling load and up to ±20° while traveling with empty power shovel.

The NLH 703-E3 loader is a caterpillar type mobile machine featuring high manoeuvring capability equipped with electro-hydraulic drive. SECTION BENDING AND STRAIGHTENING

ORP – 1H

Section bending machine straightens and bends steel profiles the arc shaft lining long underground working. Bending machine is designed for straighten and bend steel shafts lining to required diameter – more than 1,2 m. As well is intended to straightening or bending three-dimensional twisted profiles, which are approved by the manufacturer.

Section bending and straightening machines are produced and distributed in these types:

P1 – formation bending and straightening pulley is made through manual wheel with motion screw

P2 – formation bending and straightening pulley do hydro-motors without digital admeasure
P3 – formation bending and straightening pulley do hydro-motors with digital admeasure
